DEMO October Range Day
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCE OF WINNING PER ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
This drop is a promotional sweepstakes run by the Sponsor to promote its gear. Bonus entries come free with gear purchases, and anyone may enter for free without buying anything, as described below.
1. Sponsor
DEMO Business Name LLC, DEMO address, 123 Example Rd, Anytown, TX 75000 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. To claim a firearm prize the winner must be legally allowed to receive and possess it under federal, state and local law.
3. Entry period
Entries are accepted from Oct 4, 2026 · 9:16 AM EDT until Oct 12, 2026 · 9:16 AM EDT (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to enter
Bonus entries with a gear purchase: buy a package of DEMO Range Day T-Shirt on this website during the Entry Period. Each package includes the number of free bonus entries shown at checkout:
- 1 shirt: $25, 5 entries
- 3 shirts: $60, 20 entries
- Range bundle: shirt + hat: $45, 12 entries
No-purchase entry: complete the free entry form at https://drawthepew.com/free-entry.php?r=demo-october-range-day (limit one request per person per 24 hours, 1 entry per request), or hand print your full name, email, phone, state and "DEMO October Range Day" on a 3×5 card and mail it in an envelope to DEMO address, 123 Example Rd, Anytown, TX 75000. Each card earns 1 entry. Mail-in entries must be received before the Entry Period ends.
No-purchase entries go into the same draw and have exactly the same chance of winning per entry as bonus entries.
5. Prize
One prize: DEMO Bolt-action rifle package, approximate retail value $1,200.
Firearm prizes are transferred only through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) chosen by the winner, after the winner completes the federal background check and any state or local requirements. The winner is responsible for any dealer transfer fees and taxes. If the winner cannot legally receive the prize, Sponsor may award a cash equivalent or select an alternate winner, as permitted by law.
6. The draw
The winner is selected on or about Oct 12, 2026 · 9:46 AM EDT by a provably fair random draw from all eligible entries received. Before the Entry Period begins, Sponsor publishes the SHA-256 fingerprint of a secret seed. After the Entry Period ends, the full list of entries is locked and fingerprinted. The winning entry is computed from the seed and the locked list as described at https://drawthepew.com/verify.php?r=demo-october-range-day, where the seed is revealed after the draw. The on-screen draw show displays this result. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner notification
The winner is notified by email and phone. The winner must respond within 7 days and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release where lawful. If a winner does not respond or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be drawn by the same method.
8. General
Sponsor may cancel or modify this promotion if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity. Entrants agree to these rules and Sponsor's decisions. Personal information is used as described in the privacy policy. Winner's first name, last initial and state may be published.
