This drop is a promotional sweepstakes run by the Sponsor to promote its gear. Bonus entries come free with gear purchases, and anyone may enter for free without buying anything, as described below.
1. Sponsor
DEMO Business Name LLC, DEMO address, 123 Example Rd, Anytown, TX 75000 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility and age
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years old on the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Entrants must give their date of birth, and Sponsor may ask for proof of age.
The minimum age follows federal law for the type of prize: 18 for gear, rifles and shotguns; 21 for handguns and NFA items. State or local law may set a higher age or bar certain items, and those limits also apply. To claim this prize the winner must be legally allowed to receive and possess it under federal, state and local law.
3. Entry period
Entries are accepted from Aug 26, 2026 · 1:15 PM EDT until Sep 25, 2026 · 1:15 PM EDT (the "Entry Period"), unless rescheduled as described below. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to enter
Bonus entries with a gear purchase: buy gear (DEMO Range Bag) on this website during the Entry Period. Each order earns free bonus entries based on its total:
- $20 or more: 1 entry
- $40 or more: 2 entries
Plus 1 more entry for every extra $20 over $40.
No purchase entry: complete the free entry form on this website (limit one request per person per 24 hours, 1 entry per request), or hand print your full name, email, phone, state, date of birth and "DEMO Summer Brass" on a 3×5 card and mail it in an envelope to DEMO address, 123 Example Rd, Anytown, TX 75000. Each card earns 1 entry. Mailed cards must be received before the Entry Period ends.
No purchase entries go into the same draw and have exactly the same chance of winning per entry as bonus entries. Entry credit codes issued from a cancelled drop may be used for free entries in any other drop. Entries have no cash value.
5. Prize
One prize: DEMO Suppressor, approximate retail value $850.
This prize is regulated under the National Firearms Act. It transfers only through an NFA dealer (SOT) chosen by the winner, after the winner files an ATF Form 4 with fingerprints and photos, the transfer is approved by the ATF, and the $200 transfer tax is paid (by Sponsor). The winner must be at least 21 and must live in a state where the item is legal to own. ATF approval times are outside Sponsor's control. Dealer fees and any other taxes are the winner's responsibility.
If the winner cannot legally receive the prize, Sponsor may award a cash equivalent or select an alternate winner by the same method, as permitted by law.
6. The draw
The winner is selected on or about Sep 25, 2026 · 1:45 PM EDT by a provably fair random draw from all eligible entries received. Before the Entry Period begins, Sponsor publishes the SHA-256 fingerprint of a secret seed (the Fair Draw Seal). After the Entry Period ends, the full list of entries is locked and fingerprinted. The winning entry is computed from the seed and the locked list as described on the verify page for this drop, where the seed is revealed after the draw. The on screen draw show, chosen by entrant vote or by Sponsor, only displays this result. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Minimum entries, rescheduling and cancellation
If not enough entries are received, or for any reason outside Sponsor's control, Sponsor may reschedule the Entry Period and draw, or cancel the drop. Entrants will be notified by email.
If a drop is cancelled there are no refunds, because gear purchases are fulfilled and ship as normal. Instead, Sponsor will either move every entrant's entries into another drop, or issue each entrant a credit code worth the same number of entries, redeemable for free entries in any other drop with no purchase required. Credit codes have no cash value and may carry an expiration date stated when issued.
8. Winner notification
The winner is notified by email and phone. The winner must respond within 7 days and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release where lawful. If a winner does not respond or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be drawn by the same method.
9. General
Sponsor may cancel or modify this promotion if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity. Entrants agree to these rules and Sponsor's decisions. Personal information is used as described in the privacy policy. The winner's first name, last initial and state may be published.
