The Pew Estate LLC collects only what we need to sell gear and run our prize drops.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone (optional), state, date of birth (to confirm you meet the age limit for a prize), and a shipping address when gear ships. Payment details go straight to our payment processor and are never stored on this site.

How we use it

To fill your order, issue and email your entry numbers, send you a sign in link when you ask for one, contact a winner, and keep the records the law requires for prize promotions.

What we publish

Only a short label: first name, last initial and state (for example "Jordan M. · TX"). That label appears next to entry numbers in the draw show, on the verify page and for winners. Emails and phone numbers are never shown publicly.

How we store it

Your contact details, date of birth, shipping address, votes and credit codes are kept in a separate customer database from the drop and order records, with its own access controls. The drop records only hold a customer number.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not use advertising trackers on this site. Card details go straight to our payment processor, Stripe, and never touch our servers. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep the site working: they remember your sign in, hold your order during checkout, protect forms with a bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and run card payments (Stripe). These are always on.

Visitor stats cookies are optional. If you choose Accept on the cookie notice, we may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people, with IP addresses shortened. We do not use advertising cookies. If you choose Only necessary, no visitor stats are collected. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will ask again.

Your choices

Every announcement and reminder email has an unsubscribe link. Ask us to see or delete your information at info@drawthepew.com. Records tied to a completed draw are kept as long as the law requires.
