Terms of sale
These terms cover purchases on this website, sold by The Pew Estate LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
What you are buying
You are buying the gear in our shop, such as apparel, hats and range accessories, at the price shown. That gear is the product. While a drop is open, each order also earns bonus entries into that drop's prize giveaway, based on the order total shown in the drop's entry table. Orders placed when no drop is open earn no entries.
No purchase is ever needed to enter or win. Each drop's official rules explain how to enter. Buying gear does not improve the odds of any single entry. Entries have no cash value. Each drop's official rules control the giveaway.
Age limits
You must meet the age limit for the prize in a drop to receive entries in it. The limits follow federal law for the type of prize:
- Gear, rifles and shotguns: 18 or older.
- Handguns: 21 or older.
- NFA items (suppressors, short barreled rifles and shotguns, machine guns and AOWs): 21 or older.
State and local law may set a higher age or ban certain items, and those limits apply too. We ask for your date of birth when you enter, and we may ask for proof of age. An entry made by someone under the limit is void.
Firearm and NFA prizes
Draw The Pew holds no inventory of firearms, NFA items, or any item that requires an ATF Form 4473. Every prize ships directly from the manufacturer or supplier: firearm and NFA prizes to the licensed dealer the winner chooses, and other prizes to the winner. Winners claim their prize through a private link sent by email.
Firearm prizes transfer only through a federally licensed dealer (FFL) chosen by the winner, after the winner passes the required background check and meets all federal, state and local requirements. NFA prizes transfer only through an NFA dealer (SOT) after the winner files an ATF Form 4 with fingerprints and photos, the ATF approves the transfer, and the $200 tax stamp is paid by whoever the drop page names. ATF approval times are outside our control. The winner must live in a state where the prize is legal to own. Dealer fees and taxes are the winner's responsibility unless the drop says otherwise.
Orders and delivery
Every order ships to the address given at checkout. We do not offer local pickup. Your confirmation email lists your order and any entry numbers, and you get tracking when it ships.
All sales are final
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Please check sizes and your shipping address before you pay. If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it.
Rescheduled or cancelled drops
If a drop does not get enough entries, or for reasons outside our control, we may reschedule it or cancel it. If a drop is rescheduled, your entries stay in and we email you the new times.
If a drop is cancelled, there are no refunds, because your gear order still ships as normal. Instead we will either move your entries into another drop, or send you a credit code worth the same number of entries that you can use in any other drop. Credit codes have no cash value and may expire on the date stated when they are issued.
Fair play
Automated entries, entering under more than one identity or email, and any attempt to tamper with the site or the draw void all of your entries. We may refuse or cancel orders that break these terms.
The draw
Winners are chosen at random by the provably fair method described on each drop's verify page. Entrants may vote on which draw show plays the result. The show displays the result; it does not choose it.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
